The ONLY Thai girl I am attracted to
Karel’s letters written during travelling
As the cards of the universe lay their course [as destiny unfolded] it turned out she became my Thai teacher for this one year visa. We now see each other two hours a week, she is impressed how quickly I am learning, and seems tonight she was quite impressed with everything I've done, as we had a little chat. Then she asked me if I have a girlfriend, or want a girlfriend, and almost in the same sentence she said, "I'm not interested in Asia, as I know what these people are like, since many of them come through or work here, but it seems it might take you about three years to get to Africa, when I will be done my university studies..." Anyway, basically she expressed interest in traveling with me. She said she would feel guilty just traveling because she does not want to be irresponsible and keep sending money back home, but if I can teach her to make money while traveling (she suggested she could teach Thai cooking or give Thai massages too), such that she could still send money back, she'd be totally up to it [traveling with me]. Gotta figure out a way how to talk to girls more, and not make such big assumptions about them. ----------------- Hey buddy, tell me if you are getting tired of these stories, but you seemed interested, and I like to -share... progress with my hot Thai teacher!!! I think you would 'love' my neighbour because he is a master at picking up chicks, same age as me. But he does not understand how my respect for a woman makes everything more enjoyable. Anyway, I decided about a year ago that the next girl I have a relationship with I want to become friends first. Anyway, this Thai girl is so pure, I'm not sure it will be possible with me. I mean, when I talked about playing music live, she excitedly mentioned that she actually went out and listened to monks chanting at the temple. Today she asked me how I would respond if my girlfriend asked me to stop drinking beer. I think she is very smart, pure-like, and talkative and I am happy to diverge from the Thai lessons to chat with her. I will try to convince her to wear some super cool Thai clothes (I've seen her in some and they are HOT), let her hair down and pose for me while pointing at "Karel is cool" written in Thai on her blackboard. That is my vision and goal, and I will always cherish the picture! I think she will go for it. She's spontaneous and fun. I mean, seriously, if she said she would not be interested in a tour around Asia and India etc, but would like to check out Africa, she must be absolutely cool and adventurous. But in response to her question, I said I was a well managed alcoholic and there is nothing to worry about, and she seemed to immediately accept my response with her gorgeous smile. Hey, I feel I don't care if it doesn't work out with us, cause I'm totally enjoying every moment with her, no obligation. Anyway, I tried a sneaky plan and said I could practice my violin at their restaurant in the evening, to attract customers. Good way for me to practice too. She's gonna ask her business partner and was excited about the prospect. * * * Island Hopping in the Philippines * * *

So get this, this is pretty well the ONLY Thai girl I have met so far
who I am attracted to. The pictures don't really do her justice [do not
describe her in the complimentary way that she deserves], when she occasionally
lets her hair down it reaches her bum, she has beautiful poise [you're
gonna have to look that up but it's a good word to know] and her smile
is absolutely georgeous. Anyway, didn't want to even approach her because
she seemed so pure, innocent, and someone who is traditional conservative
and wants to settle down and have babies as a Thai wife.
