We are aware that there have been delays in the payments and we apologize about that above all.
We have been facing a particular situation with the shutdown and the payment back from the clients.
We understand this should not affect you directly but now I am contacting to try and make sure I have all the information necessary to help the Accounting Department regularize the situation as soon as possible.
Natalya hasn’t been replying lately due to this hence I am collecting this information to send it to her and my Manager.
I will ask you please if you can send me your unpaid invoices and the date on which you sent each so that I can enter it in our systems manually.
I understand I might have asked for this already but I am trying to find the easiest way to help with this situation and have the payments leave soon.
