Zhey do not exist in NY, it is all a big fraud, the owner is German, living who knows where, they do not have offices anywhere, all employees are remote. I tried debt collectors and courts, but that will just create more expenses for you. The only way is to pressure and leverage them in someway. THey are an agency, if you know which client the translation was for, you can threaten them with contacting the client. I fought for months, but in the end they paid me my almost 10k USD
