), I have worked with him in a project in whole march 2018 and he owend my More then 14000INR.after my Invoice he given resonce that he will pay in next week and then again in next week. and in june 2018 he said on hangout that he has got the payment from the client and will pay in 2 or three days. and again he used to do such type of promisses.
now he is not giving any respopne on email and hangout and I dont have his no, so searced for him on the Internet and found a more person like me on link http://www.consumersathi.com/complaint/issue-of-payment

I Divya Vohra work as a freelancer and I bid a project on http://www.translationdirectory.com for a translation work. Mr. Shriguru (http://www.translationdirectory.com/job_00041007.php) this is the link of the Job I applied. I worked for him and as decided he was going to pay me for the translation. Since March 2018 he was making excuses and not responding my mails, messages and calls, He owned me 10,000 which he always promise to pay in 2 days or 1 week or 3 days but always he stopped responding after the given date. I have all the mails and hangout conversation with him over which he mentioned he will pay. This time also he promised to pay on 12/06/2018 Tuesday and again he did the same thing. May be for him I will also be like Divya,I am working as a freelance Hindi translator for aprox 3 years and worked for so many agencies and always found my payment , this is the first time I am facing this that my one months is about to be waste.
May be the person will be busy doing the same with some other translator, so please help me in spreading this Information more and more so that they can be saved from being cheated. And one thing he is also connencted Essence and Beyond, although this agency paid me for the part of its work that was approx 3999 So no issue with the Essence and Beyond.

I didn't expect that I get in to this kind of situation ever and I would be needed to write this kind of thread.
I helped a Pune based company for translation for their one of the urgent task,"AGM Points Localization" for which I worked overnight. The PO I have been issued states payment period 30 days +/- 10 days. However, Its over 120 days still I have not received payment, nor any reply to my mail.
I called the PM several times, whose mobile is not in existance. Also wrote several mails to there Accounts team but there is no reply at all. It is poor communication and feedback system. No support from the company.
They don't bother about translator's efforts which have been put in their task at 11th hour by working overnight and delivered the project in time. Hard work of almost 15 hours for entire sleepless day, and the result is no payment!
What should I do?

I have done 5 or 6 small translation jobs of this company in April and May 2019.They owe me 1106 Rs.No transparency for this company.Every time i ask for payment the coordinator gives me the reply that all my invoices are forwarded to the accounts department.She is not ready to give me the accounts department phone no.She is again approaching me with small Malayalam translation works without clearing my payment.What to do
