My minimum rate is 0.05 Euro per source word.

But I prefer to work at 0.08 Euro per source word.

I charge for my services at least 25 Euro per hour.

And my minimum charge per document is 30 Euro.

I have not obtained an official translator / linguist degree, but I still provide high-quality language services.

I have been working as a translator since 2014.

I provide the following services: Translation, Proofreading, Project Management.

By today, I have translated about 100,000 to 500,000 words.

I do not use any computer aided translation tools.

I have been translating from German to English since Fall 2014. This began with translation of general business correspondence within the publishing industry, and I have subsequently focused on finance and banking.

After graduating from New York University in 2015 with a B.A. in German Language & Literature and Art History, I worked as a research assistant for a political economist focusing his research on the history of private debt. My task was to allocate and translate literature and statistics on private debt in Germany from the first unification in 1871 to the present. Following the close of this project, I worked at TransPerfect in New York City on a banking translation project, the details of which are confidential. Translated documents included handbooks, emails, police requests for information, databases, and others.

I spent the following year and a half working as a Project Manager in the translation industry, and am now seeking freelance translation work. References available upon request.
