My minimum rate is 0.05 Euro per source word.

But I prefer to work at 0.07 Euro per source word.

I charge for my services at least 7 Euro per hour.

And my minimum charge per document is 10 Euro.

I have not obtained an official translator / linguist degree, but I still provide high-quality language services.

I have been working as a translator since 2022.

I provide the following services: Translation, Proofreading.

By today, I have translated about up to 10,000 words.

I use the following tools: SDL Trados, Wordfast, MemoQ.

I am best in the following fields: Business / Commerce (General), Cosmetics / Beauty, Fashion / Textiles / Clothing, Games / Computer Games, Marketing / Market Research, Travel & Tourism.

I am not a sworn translator.

I am available for work Full week, including weekends.

My name is Thais, and I am looking for freelance translation and proofreading jobs.
I live in Brazil, therefore I am a native Portuguese speaker, and I’ve been studying English since I was 5 years old. I grew up in love with languages and the possibilities that it could bring me.
In 2019 I had the opportunity to be a part of the Au Pair Exchange Program, where I lived with an American family in Austin, TX for almost a year, where I improved my English skills and communication.
I also worked at a bilingual school, where I translated contracts for the school administration and occasionally gave English lessons for children as a substitute teacher.
My goal now is to make this passion into a career, and be able to work as a full time freelance translator. I am passionate, detail-oriented, punctual, ethical, and you can count on me to do my absolute best.
