As early as the first weeks of lectures at the Vertaalacademie, back in September 2010, I knew translation was my cup of tea. Two specialised degrees and over fours yearss worth of experience later, I am fortunate enough to make a living out of what I love doing. My main area of expertise is legal translation and I have been sworn in as a translator at the district court of Maastricht. However, I find myself translating very diverse marketing texts as well.
