Re: A fraud company named Isha Medias
I am an English-Kannada translator with more than 20 years of experience in the field. Although the going has good most of the times, sometimes you get frauds/cheats in the business who leave a bad taste in your mouth. This is the story of one such company, Isha Medias
Look around the internet, you will see lots of information about the frauds committed by this company. Unfortunately, I saw all these posts only after I had completed a job for them. They contacted me a few months ago to get a job on Amazon. I completed the job within deadline, and they were insisting that I do more. But I refused as I was busy with other projects.
After a few days, they sent me a mail stating that my quality of work was bad. The comments given in that mail were not from the file I completed! I told them they will have to be more specific or else I will have to contact the Amazon team. They went quiet. After few days, when I insisted again for payment, they repeated the same old tune. When I pressed for proof, they claimed they just didn’t know which file I did!
In between all this, they even had the galls to ask me if I was free to do another file for them! I refused saying they needed to make my payment first. They disappeared again, and when I insisted for payment, they have now started saying that I did half the file for them and they can give only half the payment.
I have all the email conversations and whatsapp messages used by these scoundrels. Anyone is free to have a look if they want to. I am posting this message so that no one is cheated by them in the future. I also request Amazon and its affiliate companies to be very careful while dishing out work to such cheats, as it’s your reputation on line.
