تأسس المكتب رسمياً عام 2016م بترخيص رسمي رقم 17964 صادر عن وزارة الثقافة والسياحة ، {معتمدون من اليونسكو وكل الجهات المعنية} والمقر الرئيسي في العاصمة اليمنية – صنعاء.
