We have a requirement of translation from English to Portuguese, an application containing approximately 25000 words. The translator has to install the application in their system and carryout the translation work. The installed software will contain technical strings in English which needs to be translated into Portuguese. The subject of the translation is related to Customer Resource Management.
Instructions will be given to the translators as and how to carryout the translation. The application has to be tested and sent back.
This is a long term project which may go up to one year. Payment will be made within 30 days after completion of every project. Price of this project is 0.03USD per word.

Job specification:

• Complete weekly tasks: -
1. Perform lightweight analysis on results
2. Produce feedback on these tasks.
• Keep inventory of competitors and assist in identifying future trends
• Continuously provide feedback on issues, bugs, etc. via sparrow, buganizer, and other means into search engine teams. (Average file count -3/4 per week)
• Conduct lightweight user research (usability, focus groups, field studies, etc).
• Complete adhoc tasks at the request of international quality PM/eng/marketing teams

Qualifications required:
• Reside in Portugal for the past 5 years, for Cultural Awareness purposes
• Fluent in Portuguese and English
• College degree or equivalent
• Strong written communication skills
• Very enthusiastic about improving technology and search engine options. Applicants do not need to be from an Engineering background but technical knowledge is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable about Portugal’s online (web based) market, business dynamics, and can analyze competitive search results
• Marketing or business experience is an advantage.
