Ycomm Europe, a multilingual documentation services provider based in Ghent, Belgium, received the prestigious Best Localization Partner 2004 award from Ricoh's European Language Centre (ELC) in Amsterdam.

Ricoh ELC has implemented an advanced workflow for creating and managing the content of the technical documentation for its broad range of products. Ycomm Europe has developed innovative tools to measure and improve translation quality and reduce the time required for proofreading, which were seamlessly integrated into Ricoh's proprietary workflow. Ricoh expressed its appreciation by rating Ycomm Europe as “Best Localization Partner”, based on the compiled results from project evaluations in 2004 that concern all aspects of the services provided by Ricoh’s certified localisation partners: project management & communication skills, engineering efficiency, DTP/translation quality and administration.
