Meghma Art and Media Resource Center (MAMRC) is a booming start-up based in Kolkata. The organization is a unit of Meghma Initiative, Kolkata established in 2015. We have set a new standard in delivering quality work.
What We Do:
MAMRC mainly provides language services on worldwide basis to many reputed private and government organizations in different sectors i.e. Corporate, MNC, Bank, Financial Organization, NGO, News, Advertisement, Publication, Education, Culture, Sports, Entertainment, Politics etc. Our work consists of translation, content writing and editing. We have a dedicated Language and Media Service Desk. It has been consistently providing quality work over the past few years. Apart from several freelancers, we have a team of fulltime translators, content writers and copy editors who can churn out quality work in quick time. We provide English to Bengali, Bengali to English, Hindi to Bengali, Hindi to English translation. We also provide content writing and editing services in the above mentioned languages. Apart from providing language services, MAMRC is also actively involved in book publication.

• Editor, Supervisor: Tanaya Afroz M.Phil (Author, Creative Writer, Research Fellow – The Asiatic Society, Guest Lecturer – HMM College for Women, Ph.D. Scholar – Diamond Harbour Women's University)
• Associate Editor, Supervisor: Biswajit Manna (Author, Creative Writer, Journalist, Professional Translator)
• Publisher, Coordinator, Entrepreneur: Anirban Basu (Creative Writer, Visual Artist, Former Journalist)
Besides, a few fulltime translators, content writers and sub-editors have been recruited by the organization.
We play an important role in promoting work of literature, art and craft, culture etc. The organization is engaged in Advertisement Making, Designing, Photography and Painting, organizing Art and Literature related Workshops, Seminars, Exhibitions etc. The organization has started full preparation to launch a Bengali Web Magazine and News Portal. Additionally, there is one sister concern of the organization, namely, Meghma Tourism. It mainly conducts various tourism-related activities in West Bengal, Sikkim, Jharkhand, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Himachal Pradesh, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nepal and Bhutan.
