But I prefer to work at 0.20 Euro per source word.

I charge for my services at least 10 Euro per hour.

And my minimum charge per document is 40 Euro.

I have not obtained an official translator / linguist degree, but I still provide high-quality language services.

My name is Marisa Rietti. I was born in San Pedro Sula, Honduras, Central America, in 1970. My native language is Spanish, but I am fluent in English.
I learned to speak both English and Spanish at the same time, having attended Kindergarten through Grade 2 at Kensington Elementary School in Maryland. My family and I moved back to Honduras, and I continued my studies from third grade to 12th at the American School in Tegucigalpa.
After graduation, I studied Business Administration for one semester at Trinity College in Washington, D.C., in fall of 1988. The following year, I returned to my native Honduras to pursue other studies and begin to work as a consultant. In 1991 I traveled back to the US, and remained there until 1995, when I came back to Honduras.
Upon my return to Honduras, I began building my career as a translator, primarily with legal documents.
Since 1995, I have been working at COFINSA, a financial consulting company in Honduras and my tasks have ranged from assisting in the preparation of technical and economic proposals for government and private entities. Many of these proposals and contracts required translation of documents between Spanish and English (either Spanish to English or English to Spanish). Began in 1996 with legal documents (contracts, articles of incorporation for foreign companies doing business in Honduras), financial documents, résumés and all that comes with bidding for contracts.
