My minimum rate is 0.04 Euro per source word.

But I prefer to work at 0.07 Euro per source word.

I charge for my services at least 7 Euro per hour.

And my minimum charge per document is 15 Euro.

I have obtained an official translator / linguist degree.

I am a professional translator and interpreter with a Master's degree in translation studies and a Bachelor's degree in law.

I operate my small business entity as the sole proprietor (registered name: Iustra, prevajanje, tolmačenje, lektoriranje in pravno svetovanje, Samer Hussein, s.p.) and have experience of working with the world's leading translation agencies as well as governmental and intergovernmental institutions and organizations (for some of which I currently work as a contractor).

During my studies at the University of Maribor, Faculty of Arts, I participated in various projects such as TransLaw: Exploring Legal Interpreting Service Paths and Transcultural Law Clinics for persons suspected or accused of crime,TRANS (Summer Academy in Translation Studies - organised in the scope of CEEPUS), as well as workshops that were organised by Directorate-General for Translation representatives in the EU Member States and the European Commission, in cooperation with the University of Maribor, Faculty of Arts.

I also attended various workshops and webinars, organised specifically for translators and interpreters of legal texts.
Although I work primarily as a legal translator, I am well-versed in many other fields too.

Before I started to work as a freelancer I provided translations of various legal and diplomatic texts, scientific papers, as well as translations and analytical tasks in the field of journalism.
