My name is Vida Asare-Bediako. I am a Ghanaian national presently living in the UK.

I am a full time Health worker by profession. .

I picked up my translation skills from my Grandad who was a Twi Lecturer at the University of Legon, Ghana, West Africa from a very tender age.

He interpreted, read, marked scripts of students and taught foreign nationals. He was a Twi Examiner at the Ghana Exams Council. I read Twi books he wrote himself and those of other Twi authors or writers.

This got me interested in learning languages at a very early age and in my latter years,compelling me by my own choice to study French, Deutsch and Spanish. I have not used those languages to work but Twi is my spoken language.

I also speak and can translate (not write) the Ga Language; also spoken by natives of the coastal area in the Capital City of Accra, Ghana.
