My minimum rate is 0.07 Euro per source word.

But I prefer to work at 0.11 Euro per source word.

And my minimum charge per document is 25 Euro.

I have not obtained an official translator / linguist degree, but I still provide high-quality language services.

I have been working as a translator since 2009.

I provide the following services: Translation, Proofreading, Subtitling.

By today, I have translated about 500,000 to 1,000,000 words.

I use the following tools: OmegaT.

I am best in the following fields: Business / Commerce (General), Computer Systems and Networks, Education / Pedagogy, General, IT / E-Commerce / Internet, Localization, Social Science.

I am not a sworn translator.

I can be contracted for your Dutch English translation needs:
• Business and marketing translation, transcreation (vocative/persuasive intent);
• technical translation, IT / web development, website localisation;
• other fields of expertise: life science, psychology, psychiatry;
• exclusions: medical (except psychiatry), legal.

Language/dialect:
• Fully British or American English, or my specialty: the impression of British English for a continental (European) audience, also considering your readership's heritage.

Process:
• It all starts with your translation needs, we get in touch and you are asked for details.
• You provide the source text (e.g. as a Word document) for assessment, the translator returns a quotation and recorded specifications.
• Upon written agreement of client and translator, work begins.
• An initial translation is made, then improved and reviewed, during which the translator may contact you in case of further questions.
• Upon completion, the translation is delivered (with separate comments, if any).
• You are invoiced by email for payment for services rendered, due 14 days after date of invoice.
