Details of the project: Due to increasing number of projects we are currently looking for new translators available for translation. Please note that new projects come on daily basis. As these are all projects for public sector, we require that translators understand the terminology in public sector (NHS, police, housing, education, etc.). Should you be interested in long-term cooperation, please do not hesitate to contact us. There is no restriction to the number of applicants. However, please note that your qualifications will be checked!

Qualifications:
- Good working knowledge of English is essential
- We are seeking people who are Internet-savvy and have access to internet
- Background in IT is helpful but not essential
- You must be based in Sri Lanka for the last 5 consecutive years or more, for Cultural Awareness purposes
- Recognized English certification (e.g. Cambridge) would be an advantage

You will be involved in evaluating web search engines. The hours are flexible to fit around your family and home life, so ideal for someone looking for a work-life balance (10-20 hours per week).

Sri Lankan Sign Language: Job 00001770

Details of the project: I am planning to write a book about Sri Lankan Sign Language to improve the hearing teachers, hearing parents or any hearing people better to communicate with Deaf people.

I am writing in English in sign language and spoken language and would like someone to translate the sentences into Sinhala and Tami in their languages and not in English words.

Also I would like to have the words translated in Adobe Illustrator and have them created in outlines.

So I will be able to open the file without messing up the characters.

There will be about 20 chapters of different topics. So I would like someone who is certified linguistic and has the Creative Suite 3 software. So we can work together for a long term.
