- Instrument (Quality of Life Scale) translation
- Translation of COA
- Harmonization of dual forward translations (during the revision step)
- Linguistic Validation of COA, PRO, ClinRO, PerfO & ObsRO
- Cognitive Debriefing
- eCOA Migration / Integration & Usability Testing
- Validation and screenshot review of eCOAs
