Details of the project: We have received an audiovisual project for the subtitling of a video in which parts are in Azerbaijani.

Would you have the resources to provide a transcription with timecoding (creation of an SRT file) of the parts Azerbaijani in the video and the translation into English of the Azerbaijani in the SRT?
