Candidates preferred who with expert technology and rich experience of Windows 7 operation system, better to be holders of MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional) including Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist, Microsoft Certified IT Professional and/or Microsoft Certified Master. Candidates are also welcome who are technical specialist, software engineer or highly technical linguist or equivalent, with excellent experience and technology on Windows 7.
Job Scope: SME will review and focus on the technical accuracy and terminology of the localized training program delivered to end-users about Windows 7, by referring to your Windows 7 experience and technical subject knowledge, the English source and other provided references. SME will not look for any stylistic, typos or other linguistic problems.
Detailed topics to be reviewed includes:
a) Installing, Upgrading, and Migrating to Windows 7
b) Configuring Disks and Device Drivers
c) Configuring File Access and Printers on Windows 7 Clients
d) Configuring Network Connectivity
e) Configuring Wireless Network Connections
f) Securing Windows 7 Desktops
g) Optimizing and Maintaining Windows 7 Client Computers
h) Configuring Mobile Computing and Remote Access in Windows 7
Workload for review would be approx. 30-50k words with product UI included, to be finished within 3-7 days at a row.
Timeline: planned to start from late December of 2010 to early January of 2011. SME will be noticed with any schedule change, if any, in advance.
