My minimum rate is 0.05 Euro per source word.

But I prefer to work at 0.08 Euro per source word.

I charge for my services at least 25 Euro per hour.

And my minimum charge per document is 20 Euro.

I have not obtained an official translator / linguist degree, but I still provide high-quality language services.

I have been working as a translator since 2005.

By today, I have translated about more than 1,000,000 words.

I use the following tools: SDL Trados, memoQ, Translation Workspace, Lucid, Amara, Polyglot.

I am a freelance translator, editor and copywriter, with a real passion for the languages, media industry and public relations. I have a wealth of experience in translations and both - printed and digital media.

My key attributes are:
- being extremely well organised (I love an empty desk an sorted inbox),
- always working to schedule (I never missed a deadline in my whole career),
- being a 'people's person' (I love working with people, either managing a team or being a part of it).

Over ten years of working for media groups in Poland and in UK gave me the great knowledge of every aspect of producing a newspaper or a magazine and polished my writing skills. I also worked on marketing campaigns for a big publishing house. A degree in IT provided me with very good computer skills. Since 2005 I have been working as a freelancer journalist, translator and copywriter. Among my clients are: Agora SA., one of the biggest media outlets in Poland, 'Gazeta Wyborcza', the biggest daily paper in the country, 'Dziecko', the leading mother and baby magazine in Poland and 'Cooltura', the biggest magazine for Polish expatriates in the UK. I'm also working for the communications agency Think Big Comms and Indeed portal, enjoying the challenges of being a copywriter.

Currently, my main activity is translating from English to Polish all sort of documents, articles, transcripts, websites and software. I'm specially proud of achieving the translation of the beautiful cookery book ”Jerusalem” by Yotam Ottolenghi. The book has been published in November 2014. Recently, among my main clients are Netflix, Expedia, Google, Apple, Microsoft and many other giants. I'm always looking for a new challenge. Try me!
