My minimum rate is 0.05 Euro per source word.

But I prefer to work at 0.06 Euro per source word.

I charge for my services at least 15 Euro per hour.

And my minimum charge per document is 20 Euro.

I have obtained an official translator / linguist degree.

I have been working as a translator since 1998.

My mother-tongue is Estonian and my relevant qualifications include BA (Hons) in Applied Languages with translation.

Since 1998 translation has formed an important part of my curriculum and as of 2008 I have been working as a freelance translator and voice-over artist. During this period I have translated a wide variety of documents such as marketing texts, cosmetics, life science, pharmaceutical, general medical documents, medical questionnaires, package leaflets, market research, general judicial documents, certificates, diplomas, contemporary literature, news, commercial correspondence, user manuals, product labels, online games, questionnaires, tourist texts.

I have been working in the UK since 2004 and between 2006-2009 I attended university and graduated with a BA (Hons) degree in Applied languages with specialisation in translation and English, French and Italian languages. Living in the UK has provided me with the opportunity to acquire an in depth knowledge of the English language enabling me to work to a high degree of accuracy when translating into Estonian.

Between February 2010 and June 2010 I worked as an in-house Trainee Translator for the Council of the European Union in Belgium. At the Council I translated political, economic/financial and technical documents from English and French into Estonian using Trados, various in-house databases and the Internet as research tools, developing my specialist knowledge regarding EU terminology as well as working to tight deadlines.
