Maximum 200 assets per participant
Approximately 70% of receipt photos should be clean, well-lit, flat, centered, and in focus.
Project 2: Purchase Email & SMS Collection
Objective:
Collect authentic purchase-related email and SMS sets covering the complete order-to-delivery lifecycle.
Required formats:
Emails in .eml format
SMS in .txt format with screenshot evidence
Set requirements:
Each set must contain at least 2–3 related assets (confirmation email, delivered SMS etc.)
Must include an order confirmation
Content must be in the target locale language
The order cycle must reach a terminal state, such as Delivered, Picked Up, Cancelled, Refunded, or another final status
No forwarded or user-sent emails
No synthetic or duplicate data
Collection limits:
Maximum 50 assets per participant
Email: maximum 3 sets per merchant
SMS: maximum 15 sets per carrier

2. Data Annotation
Participants will process audio data on the annotation platform. Tasks may include:
Audio segmentation and identification of invalid audio
Speech transcription and ASR text alignment
Speaker identification, segmentation, and labeling
Dialect or language identification
Emotion labeling, such as neutral, positive, and negative
Industry terminology and keyword annotation
Quality assessment, including audio clarity and noise levels
3. Quality Review
After the recording and annotation tasks are completed, the project team will conduct a standardized quality review. Data that does not meet the required standards must be revised or redone according to the feedback provided.
