Flitto is looking for translators to participate in our new project: Long Context Translation (LCT).

LCT tasks involve translating longer segments of text, within the context of the document. These may consist of multiple sentences or paragraphs separated by new lines, accompanied by contextual paragraphs from the same document.
The task requires translation with consideration of context within a domain-specific framework, demanding a high level of fluency.

Native-level fluency in Norwegian or Danish language (grammar, vocabulary, composition, punctuation).
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Experience working in translation.
Tech savvy, with experience testing web-based systems and applications on Mac OS X and iOS.
Ability to prioritize linguistic issues and distinguish between a true must-fix and a nice-to-have.
Experience working with test cases and test scripts.
Experience with bug tracking systems.
Ability to clearly articulate reproduction steps for a given issue and communicate critical information.

Austin: $28/hr

Details of the project: We are looking for a number of Danish/Finnish - English speaking interpreters.

Contractor requirements:
1. To be available for 1 hour per day.
2. To have worked doing real-time interpretations in the Medical field before.
3. Must be fluent in Danish and English.
4. Internet connection of 2Mb or more. It cannot be wireless nor through a data card. You should also test that you do not have a latency of over 100ms. You can test these requirements running a simple test at speedtest.net
5. Headset: This headset can be simple, but it must connect to your computer via USB. This is to ensure proper phone behavior and call quality.
