Details of the project: We have a transcription project in Konkani.

Key Requirements:

Ensure exact timestamps for each speaker, including overlapping speech

Speaker segmentation and overlap handling are extremely crucial

Timestamp format must strictly be: mm:ss.mss (e.g., 00:00.000 or 00:00.00)

Transcription Format (DOCX / TXT):

Transcribed text in Devanagari (UTF-8)

Please note:

The audio file is stereo (dual-channel)

If using Audacity, you will be able to clearly differentiate speakers by channel, which should help with accurate timestamps

Transcription must be done using the Audacity tool only

Kindly add non-speech tags wherever required
