We’re shortlisting native freelance translators for ongoing localization of our website.

Batch size: 50–2,000 words (some translators may receive up to ~10,000 words in mid-December).

Responsibilities:

Translate / adapt web / app copy for locale (style, punctuation, date/time, units)

Maintain terminology and contribute to a shared glossary

Handle quick-turn batches (200–2,000 words)

Special requirements to the applicants: Requirements:

3–5+ years web / app localization (preference: legal or marketing experience)

CAT tool familiarity (Trados / memoQ / Memsource or similar; optional)

Payment terms:

Rate paid: USD $0.07–$0.12 per word (pair / domain / complexity dependent)

Invoicing: upon delivery / acceptance of each batch

Payment timing: NET 30–45 days from invoice receipt (via PayPal)

First payouts for this posting: work assigned in Nov 2025 will be paid in Dec 2025 or Jan 2026 (depending on invoice date)

We want to pay for this job: $0.07 to $0.12 per word
