I'm writing to seek a dedicated linguist to assist our business team in translation work, ensuring effective communication between us and our client.
Please see below some initial information:
Work: Linguistic testing - the last procedure after translation and editing. The work has been used in a real mobile phone situation. We are going to find errors by screenshots of two mobile phones. One is the standard English version and the other is the target language version. So the work is counted by hour.
Language: English to Swiss German.
Volume: There are submissions made every week, three times, with approximately 100 screenshots per submission, sometimes more, sometimes less. The workload for processing 40 screenshots is 1 hour, (i.e., if 20 images are processed, the workload is half an hour).
Feature: Besides email contact, Skype communication is necessary.
Tool: no requirement.
