Details of the project: Everbridge is a rapidly growing US company expanding internationally. We are seeking an energetic, multi tasking, and excellent Technical Support Specialist to join our Technical Support team in the UK.
Responsibilities
Responsible for managing all assigned open cases according to the Everbridge Service Level Agreement (SLA); managing customer reported issues, providing basic technical support, diagnosing problem and determining proper escalation points as needed to drive resolution of incident to closure.
Document all customer calls, emails and any other communications accurately and within SLA in our CRM (SalesForce) tool.
Ensure proper and consistent communication of issue status to our customers.
German Speaking is essential and highly preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to quickly learn, understand, and explain technical information.
Desire and ability to take ownership of client issues through resolution.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
We will pay for this job 30 EUR per hour
