You are hereby invited to present a bid response to this Request for Quote for Professional Translation Services in support of projects resulting from contracting opportunities with several United States federal government bodies including the Department of Defense, Department of State, Department of Veterans Affairs, Department of Homeland Security, Department of Health & Human Services, and more.

Your response should detail how you will perform Professional Translation Services following industry standards and at what recurring costs. You should prepare your proposal simply and economically, providing a clear, concise description of your capabilities to translate one or more of the languages in this particular procurement following the specifications in the Statement of Work. LU reserves the right to subsequently award with a Master Service Agreement the effort described herein to one or more respondents determined to be in the overall best interest of LU. Confidential information will not be accepted.
