"TRANSLATION IN INDIA"is looking for a Portuguese Linguist for Bangalore location
This is a full time job
Below is the JD.
� Responsible for wireless help desk order procurement. This would involve working with the vendors in the respective country to place orders for procurement of wireless devices, track time to delivery. Order placement would be through Vendor Portals, Calls as well as email.
� Entry of the orders into the expense management application.
� Assisting employees at the client location on their queries on time to deliver order, assist in device activation, issues etc.
� Work with vendors for customer service record/invoices ordering and entry into the expense management application.
� Tracking, monitoring and provide status reports to client manager in the US, India managers.
� Good communication skills in Portuguese language to handle Outbound & Inbound calls.
� SPOC for the respective country manager on the client side. The candidate should be able to fluently converse in the respective language. Requires read, write and communication skills in the respective language. Intermediate graduates in language would be preferred.
Note: 1. Looking for Male candidates only.
2. Should be working in a corporate company.
3. Ready to work in 24/7 shifts.
