Details of the project: Our client purchased a parcel of land and received multiple documents from the attorney who handled the closing.
The documents are all in Spanish, mostly forms, though there is a Contract to trandslate as well. It's mostly simple legal copy.

There is a total of 7,090 words. It's in a PDF file that the client scanned.
Please note, the text has been scanned.

There are a total of 76 pages though perhaps 20 or more are actual blank pages. There is a lot of repeat information so we have
indicated "Please do not trandslate this page." The word count is indeed 7,090 words, give or take a few.

The client needs the documents translated and completed by jan 3rd of 2010.

Special requirements to the applicants: Should have experience doing legal forms such as certificates as well as contracts
