Forum for Translators: Re: Non-payment
KeyPoint Technologies haven't paid me after their jobs were done. In fact the project cordinator has gone without trace and without providing the QIDs. All my efforts to contact them through mails, calls, whatsapp have failed. At the same time, their enquiry mails are still coming. That means the company and their activities are still going good. Even at this point I do not want to tarnish anyone's reputation, but this matter has truly tested my patience. They could have resolved this without a third person knowing it.
⚠️ Payment Issue Warning – Translation Company
I would like to share my experience with a translation company to warn fellow translators.
I completed a translation project for this company and delivered the work on time. However, despite several reminders, the payment has still not been made. Communication has also become very limited after delivery.
This is very unprofessional and disappointing for freelancers who rely on timely payments for their work.
If anyone else has worked with this company, please share your experience as well.
I hope the company resolves this issue and processes the pending payment as soon as possible.
I delivered a translation project on time. Payment promised for February is still unpaid despite many follow-ups with Naresh, Pooja, Subhasree and Shirin. Continuous delays from accounts.

I would like to share my experience with JNT INFOTECH (jntinfotech.com) to warn fellow translators about their payment practices.
I completed a translation project for JNT INFOTECH and delivered the work on time. The payment was officially promised for February, but it remains unpaid despite numerous follow-ups.
I have been in continuous contact with several team members at JNT INFOTECH, including Naresh, Pooja, Subhasree, and Shirin, but I only receive excuses about "delays from the accounts department." Since the delivery of the project, communication from JNT INFOTECH has become extremely limited and unprofessional.
It is very disappointing that a company like JNT INFOTECH fails to honor its financial commitments to freelancers. I strongly advise other translators to be cautious before accepting any projects from JNT INFOTECH.
I hope JNT INFOTECH takes immediate responsibility and clears my pending dues without further delay.

I have been in contact with several team members, but have only received repeated explanations regarding delays from the accounts department. Communication has since become very limited.
As of today, the payment is still pending.
I encourage other freelancers to exercise due diligence before accepting projects and to clarify payment terms in advance.
I hope JNT INFOTECH resolves this matter promptly.
