Username/account not found after 1 hour of registration
Hello,
This is so frustrating, I have registered an account 3 times. I received the activation code and was able to successfully change the password, update my profile and even logout to see if I can login again. Everything would be working well for like 1 hour.
If I try my login info after one hour, it will say username/password not found.
I tried to reset my password by entering my email, it would say email address not found. I have checked my browser and disabled 3rd party pop-up blockage. I am still experiencing this same issue. Please am I doing something wrong? Thanks
