Re[2]: password change link not working
For some time now I have not been able to log into my account because of a password issue. When I try resetting it with the link to my email, I get a message reading ‘Bad activation code’ and I’m not sure how to proceed from there to be able to access my account again…could someone please help me or let me know who I can reach out to for assistance with this???

It looks like you use Outlook Safelink which prevent you from resetting your password...
