Unable to upload profile photo




Unable to upload profile photo

Good morning, fellow translators. I am a paying member of TD, but I have not yet been able to upload my profile photo. I select the photo I want from my computer and I can see it in the website as selected, but when I click on "upload" it asks that I kindly select the photo I want. It sounds like it cannot read the file, which is in the correct format, by the way. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
