I wanted to share a recent experience we've had with a client, hoping that it may serve as a cautionary tale for all of us in the translation industry
We began collaborating with Globe Group/ Globe Traduzioni srl back in March 2023, and over the course of three to four months, we completed numerous projects for them. However, when it came time for payment, we faced a series of challenges.
Our attempts to communicate with the client regarding payment were often met with silence. When we did manage to get a response, it was frustratingly slow. To make matters worse, the client only paid a fraction of the agreed-upon amount and has yet to fulfill the remaining balance.
This experience has been nothing short of disappointing, unpleasant one
