Re: Do you support the coronavirus restrictions imposed on your freedom?
I support these restrictions as long as they are legal, as inclusive as possible, and do not unfairly target a few individuals/group of individuals.
Unfortunately, in our world supposed to value democratic principles, dictatorship is the rule. Pretexts are usually used by powerful states, companies, organisations, and individuals to harm, exploit or deceive weaker people. The restrictions/measures are clearly defined to target specific individuals. The decision-makers who take such decisions know beforehand that a specific individual/group of individuals, very well identified, will not comply with these measures. Sometimes, the measures have other purposes than the pretended objectives. This is frequent in the translation industry with unfair/illegal NDAs imposed on freelancers, or questionable measures based on fallacious reasons. I know what I am talking about and I have evidences to support my point.
