Tristella provides Korean to Japanese translation for games, webtoons and publications. We work with creators and small teams on content for Japanese readers.
For short projects, we translate store descriptions, story summaries, character introductions and creator profiles. We also accept books, ebooks and magazine articles for print or digital publication. We review longer manuscripts and agree on the scope, price and deadline with you.
Our short description package costs EUR 40 for up to 400 Korean source words. The standard rate is EUR 0.10 per source word, with a EUR 40 minimum per document. We count Korean words as units separated by spaces and confirm the count before starting.
You receive the Japanese translation alongside the Korean original, a glossary of up to 10 terms and brief notes on wording choices. We check meaning, tone and names against the source and ask about unclear passages. The price includes one round of wording changes for the agreed source text. We also correct translation errors and omissions at no extra charge.
The package usually takes 3 business days from our agreed start date. Please provide editable text. Full scripts, lettering, layout and additional material need a separate quote.
We use AI tools only with your permission and check the translation against the source before delivery. The package includes our review against the Korean original and a review by the native Japanese speaker who regularly works with Tristella. Both reviews are included in the package price.
Send us your text, intended use, preferred tone and deadline. We can agree on confidentiality and permitted tools before you share unpublished work. We list any applicable taxes or payment charges in the quote.
