My minimum rate is 0.17 Euro per source word.

But I prefer to work at 0.40 Euro per source word.

I charge for my services at least 30 Euro per hour.

And my minimum charge per document is 40 Euro.

I have obtained an official translator / linguist degree.

I have been working as a translator since 2010.

I provide the following services: Translation, Advertising, Market Research.

By today, I have translated about up to 10,000 words.

I do not use any computer aided translation tools.

Let’s face it, the customer is not always right. But customers are always important, making them feel much better by agreeing with them on the importance of the services they identify and value. Giving the services they needed and wants. Doing services with them on time will will benefit both the customer and the employee. Submitting files before the deadline is one of the major reason why client are coming back and forth. Im doing file translations from english to tagalog and vise versa. It's easy to assume to providing good customer service to the clients, after all how hard can it be? If the customer needs help, help them. If the customer has a problem, fix it. But, providing excellent customer service, consistently is very difficult. Needing to know exactly what's expected of them and what good service looks like. Excellent service takes work and dedication. :)
