I should be glad if you would consider my interest in providing translations services for the pairs of languages English –Russian, English – Romanian, Romanian-Russian and vise versa.
I have attached my CV for the case you would like to review how far my qualifications meet your requirements. I have as a base technical education (University and PhD degrees in automation, electronics, power engineering) and studied English at Two year English courses and at post-graduates courses, after that have been for a many years a scientific collaborator, working on scientific projects implementation. During this period I accumulated sufficient experience in translation of large amounts of scientific articles in international journals on specialty, in preparations of reports and their presentations on international conferences (mostly in English and Romanian).

During five years I have changed the direction of my activity from creation of new scientific technologies to more practical work, such as World Bank projects management and implementation in energy sector. This gave me the opportunity to accumulate sufficient experience in working with international consultants from Canada, USA, Germany, Greece, Sweden, etc., providing for them written and oral translations. The main topics usually were technical, financial and accounting issues, some legal aspects of projects implementation.

During last years I have worked as electrical engineer, consultant on electro-technical issues and freelance translator.
