Apart from doing translations I have worked as a journalist for 3 years, both in Russia and in the UK. My fist degree is in International Journalism (ST Petersburg University), now I\'m reading a second degree at Cambridge (German/Russian History, Culture). This past summer I interned in the field of advertising and marketing at JWT International, in Amsterdam, Netherlands and though it was very motivating, I felt I was unable to apply my creative and analytical skills to their full potential. For me, the most fascinating part of work was both writing and translating voice-overs and scripts for TV commercials, as well as providing a valuable insight about the Russian consumer, making sure that the Russian viewer understood the metaphors created by our International Team.
