Worked as a P/A to General Manager, was responsible for organization of meeting and telephone conferences, travel arrangements, correspondense with foreign suppliers and consumers.
Was involved in an international project for dismantling, shipping and re-installing the Paper Machine from Scotland to Ukraine (based in UK for 1 year). Translation of all shipping documentation, translation of health & safety meetings, Risk assements and Method statements. On site training presentations of, building and use of mobile scaffold towers, work at height and manual handling. On-site translations between UK and Ukrainian teams, from CEO and senior management levels through to on site engineers. |
