Dear future employer,

I have more than 12 years of experience in translation area.

Have started my carreer with help of SDI Latvia, where I interpreted written/audial screenplays for movies and subtitles for the funniest adult cartoon \\\\\\\"Southpark\\\\\\\" back in 1998-2001.

Then I had many part time projects, but the actual real full time job as translator/interpreter I gained when working for the prestigious publishing house in Latvia called \\\\\\\"ATENA\\\\\\\". I had the honour of thanslating 5 books (five people you meet in heaven by and for one more day Mitch Albom, Empress Orchid by Anchee Min, the missing rose bay Serdar Ozkhan and Buddha by Deepak Chopra) - each year one from 2004-2009. After the global crisis I was sacked from this position as the book business went extremely down. Since then I\\\\\\\'e had many small translatin projects, and while I had them I paralelly worked as a Private Tutor for English and Math. I would be delighted if I could find some translation/interpreting jobs while using this www site.
