Worked as Hindi Translator with a Public Sector bank by name Vijaya Bank in Bangalore, India for nearly 25 years doing two-way Hindi – English Translation involving operational manuals and policy guidelines on Credit Management, Foreign Exchange, HR, audit, inspection, Information Technology, deposits,House Magazine, Annual Report,involving Directors Report & financial statements, citizens’ charter, mission statements. Opted for voluntary retirement in December 2007 to branch out as a freelancer. I have been doing translation using CAT TOOLS like ACROSS and WORDFAST in various disciplines.
