I translate from English, German, Italian, Greek and Flemish into French. My studies and professional experiences enabled me to specialize in these fields:
* Business law: I have obtained a Bachelor degree in LEA (Languages and Business) with English and German as main languages and Italian as optional language. Afterwards, I followed the LEA Master 1 program from Toulouse-le-Mirail University, specialized in Business law. Moreover, I have worked as a translator for an Association of accountants. I translated legal, financial and economical articles and I interpreted speeches during conferences.
* Quality management : as a technical translator for a certification body, I have translated lots of documents related to this field: audit report, quality plan, product description sheet, decision form, certificates according to various standards (quality, environment, security, automobile, aeronautics, food processing, services, etc…), practical guides intended for decision makers or auditors.
* Food processing industry: within this translation department, I specialized in the translation of certificates for companies of the food processing industry. I therefore attended training in this field (IFS, BRC and HACCP standards) and I participated in an audit of a cheese processing company.
I use OmegaT to translate my documents and I can easily work with the Pack office.
My rates:
I charge 0.04 € per word or 20 € per hour, knowing that I can translate one page of 500 words within one hour. But I may also offer special rates for a long-term collaboration.
