I work equally in the six pairs of the three languages English, French and German and I am enclosing some of my recent translation samples.
My rates turn around 0.10 Euro per word for translations without any use of CAT (e.g. literary, history, social sciences, arts and other affiliated).
When I use CAT (Systran, Trados, Wordfast) my rates become 0.06 – 0.07 Euro per word depending on the extent of the formatting tasks and of the processing of graphics and pictures in which cases the rate might remain 0.10 Euro per word.
I am better in writing (in the above three languages) where my rates are 0.10 Euro per word (no use of CAT and processing of graphics and pictures included).
