I am a professional freelance translator and have been translating for almost 20 years. I finished Law school in Zagreb, lived 1 year in London and 11 years in Barcelona. Court interpreter (sworn) since 2004.
My first translation job was in basketball club Juventud from Badalona (Barcelona) where I was a translator for a Serbian head coach (who had not spoken a single word of Spanish) for a whole season. Accidentally :) we won European title in Tel Aviv in 1994. Since then, I performed numerous translations, written an oral, both consecutive and simultaneous on courts, to prosecutors, ministers, ambassadors, consuls, business delegations, all kind of documents such as certificates, public notary documents, court decisions, instructions of use (from technical manuals to medicine), movies, press articles, books, web pages, financial reports (balances, P&L, statements, stock exchange information, tax regulation, etc.) English, Spanish and Italian.
In 2001, I worked as translator for European IPA project.
