The three employers above mentioned are U.S based international adoption agencies. As a representative I ran routine office administrative operation for half workload, including dossiers translation, communication with counterpart on U.S side. I participated in establishing and running several children foster care programs and medical aid programs. As international adoption is core of our agency’s business, I had translated large quantity of documents related to adoption from Chinese to English and vice versa. I regularly traveled and guided American adoptive families to complete their adoption procedures and organized culture and tourist activities through adoption journey. An adoption trip is wrapped up in Guangzhou where I applied U.S entry visa for adoptee at Guangzhou U.S. Consulate. As a representative of adoption agency I take the role of both interpreter and tour guide, guiding them through all necessary places and civil and legal affairs.
