I am a freelance translator located at Bangalore, India since 1997 onwards. My native language is English. I am a science graduate from Calcutta University and obtained my diploma in mechanical engineering in Holland. I worked as design engineer for five years (1970-74) with Bang & Olufsen, Denmark. Later I set up a manufacturing unit company for loudspeakers in Bangalore (1983-1997). After winding up the unit in 1997, I started working as a professional freelance translator for Dutch to English. I have so far more than 2 million words to my credit.
