As an Internet Judge you will be a key participant in helping determine the

I intend to publish “The Tigers of Saigon”. The book is ready to print. It is
a once in a decade story. No similar books offer competition, though Salman
Rushdie’s “The Satanic Verses” comes to mind.
The book uncovers the way the vietnamese military control the drugs and child
prostitution rackets, how they attempted to prevent publication by attempting
to murder the author, and how they were thwarted by Portuguese Intelligence. I
am also have a vietnamese translation that I hope will be seized by vietnamese
authorities. Without entering into details, I have hired a journalist to
report on the seizure. This should give extra publicity to the book.
The book is short and divided into two sections:
I The first deals with how the Vietnamese military control these rackets.
II The second relates how they repeatedly attempted to kidnap me and to
prevent publication, and how they were thwarted by Portuguese Intelligence.
